We love to get together with our friends! Join us for these upcoming events:
Monthly Seasoned Seniors Potluck: usually held the last Friday of the month at 12:00, we gather at City Hall for a delicious potluck, social time, and a presentation by a local speaker. HON provides the main course, coffee, and water and is happy to come pick you up. Please don’t feel you need to bring a dish to pass — we always have plenty! Upcoming events include:
- December 1, 2017 (note date change due to Thanksgiving weekend): presentation by Sara Sturgis, Eagle Bluff, on the Christmas Bird Count
- December 29, 2017: we’ll tally our bird count and have a round table discussion on ideas for 2018
- January 26, 2018: a Valentine’s cookie and cake decorating party with local cake artist, Jill Wright
- February 23, 2018: local historian from the Fillmore County Historical Society will share stories from the Museum and give advice for preserving family histories.
SAIL (formerly known as Bone Builders) Low Impact Exercise Class: this fun, easy going class will help you build strength and flexibility and spend time with other seniors.
