This is a 6 week class that meets 3 times a week from June through August.
You must be able to stand for 10 minutes to join the class. Please wear comfy tennis shoes and good walking clothes.
The class includes: Walk With Ease Book
Anyone Can Join! Young or Old! Male or Female!
It is a great way to become a healthier you.
